General Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of bakery and food products, refunds or returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Damaged packaging during delivery
- Incorrect item received
- Missing products from the order
- Quality issues caused during transit
- Duplicate payment or failed transaction deductions
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of taste preference after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delivery delays caused by external logistics conditions
- Minor variations in handmade baked products
- Requests made after the reporting period
How to Report an Issue
To help us resolve your concern quickly, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- UPI/Wallet refunds: 2–5 business days
- Card refunds: 5–7 business days
- Bank transfers may vary by institution
Replacement Orders
In certain approved cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a monetary refund. Replacement eligibility depends on product condition and issue type.
